A True Sacrifice Exodus 5:1-3

Though the emancipation of the Hebrews from Egypt is important, their repentance from sin was far greater. God's worship must be carried out, but it can only be carried out by those who have been cleansed by the blood. The feast of vs 1 and the sacrifice of vs 3 will see to that repentance and point to a true sacrifice, that being the Lord Jesus Christ.
