When Paul stood trial before Felix, Felix put off rendering judgment. When Paul reasoned with Felix about salvation in Christ, Felix was under great conviction about his need for salvation, but he procrastinated in believing. There is no record that he ever came under conviction again or that he ever trusted Christ for the forgiveness of his sins.
