Living On The Foundation Of The Love Of Christ

In this sermon we deal with the conduct that distinguishes God's people from the rest of the world. We center in on the fact that the Christian who plunges into the love of Christ will automatically seek to avoid the things that dishonour God. There are certain distinctive principles of conduct that seperate the believer from the world. The Scriptures are plain when it comes to professing christians who live a lifestyle of rebellion against godly principles. The Church should take seriously the plain proclamations of the Word of God that people who fit this description will not go to heaven! It may be unpopular to preach the truth, but the Church should never seek to be popular in this world. We should not seek to be self righteous in our practice and proclamation of Bible principles. Yet we must never compromise the plain declaration of the Scriptures to satisfy the demand of a world in rebellion against God.
