All three synoptic Gospels record one of the most beloved accounts: Jesus blessed little children (Matthew 19:13-15, Mark 10:13-16, Luke 18:15-17). Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, because the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." Learn why Jesus said the kingdom of God belongs to infants and those like them.

An examination of Covenant/Household Baptism from Scripture and history, especially against the backdrop of the misunderstanding/lack of understanding of many American Christians who are dominated by Baptistic thought. People commonly wonder, "Do babies go to heaven when they die?" This question applies to people who have lost babies, but all believers should be able to answer this to minister to others. There are Bible verses about unborn babies going to heaven!

Romans 5:13 says, "Sin indeed was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not counted where there is no law." The law brings sin, and sin brings death. If there is no law, there should be no sin. There was no law between Adam and Moses, but people still died because of original sin (Romans 5:14).

Children are innocent until they reach the biblical age of accountability. Isaiah 7:15-16 twice states that until a certain age a baby will not know, "how to refuse the evil and choose the good." Similarly, Deuteronomy 1:39 says, "little ones...have no knowledge of good or evil." Theme: True faith receives from the Lord by humbly relying upon Him. Faith receives help from the Lord who avenges & aids His elect. (1-8) Faith humbly loathes sinful self & looks to God for saving mercy. (9-14) Faith brings babies to the Lord for His saving touch & Kingdom blessings. (15-17)

Annika Eve Shaw of McKinney, Texas was born sleeping on June 30, 2023. We struggle to understand why, but we may never know. We have no doubt Annika is playing at the feet of Jesus. Though her time on this earth was short, her impact on her family will be felt for eternity.

Are our children "in" the church or "outside" the church? I believe we do find help in answering these questions in God's Word, particularly in our text today from 1 Corinthians 7:17, where the Apostle Paul speaking by inspiration of the Holy Spirit states that the children of believing parents are not "unclean", but rather are "holy". So it is not a matter of whether God considers our children "holy" or not—that is clearly stated. What we would seek to understand is in what sense are our children "holy"? From our text in 1 Corinthians 7:14, let us consider the following main points: (1) The Unbelieving Spouse Is Sanctified by the Believing Spouse; (2) Our Children Are Not Unclean; (3) Our Children Are Holy.

Sermon Title: The Abrahamic Covenant Theme: God's covenant with Abraham proclaims the Gospel of Jesus Christ. God promises to bless Abram and his offspring in God's land forever. God signifies His promises with the covenant of circumcision as an ev-erlasting covenant. God fulfills His promises in Christ, who was circumcised at the cross for Abraham's offspring.
