The angel Gabriel, having told Mary how she would conceive the "holy thing" of God in her, she goes with haste to visit her cousin Elisabeth. Here a miraculous confirmation of all that the angel declared to her is given. The Holy Spirit comes upon Mary mightily just as the angel said God would do, and Mary declares "he that is mighty hath done to me great things" (Luke 1:49). She knew that God had accomplished his word to her. These are among the things that Mary pondered in her heart concerning the birth of Christ. Oh, that we brethren, might be careful to look with such diligence and haste, for the promises of God declared to us in the preaching of the gospel, for God to confirm them so mightily in our hearts.

Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. 28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.

Joe Biden instigating the war by giving $6 Billion to Iran which supports Hamas. (2) We review Issue 1 on the November 7, 2023 ballot in Ohio attempting to enshrine abortion into the Ohio Constitution. Vote NO on Issue 1! There is demonic and a dark spirit or spirits but there is a most excellent Holy Ghost that is greater than them all.

Maintaining God's Temple, Your Body 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 The body is designed to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. 1 Cor. 3:16. This is one of the glorious truths of both Scripture and the Christian experience. The word "body" is singular: each believer is a temple of the Spirit of God.The Holy Spirit actually dwells within the body of the believer.The Holy Spirit is the gift of God. A man does not receive the Spirit of God by working for Him. He receives the Spirit of God as a gift from God."Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you" John 14:17."At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you" John 14:20."But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his" Romans 8:9.You see, God is not going to share His glory with another. He is not content to be King for a day.

The scale doesn't lie. When we match up our lives to the truth of God's Word, which is a just weight in the balance, we will see if we are more in tune with the godly or the ungodly.

The Bible talks about the Holy Ghost or Spirit, but should we think of the Spirit in terms of a who or a what? Scripture reveals the nature of the Spirit, which is what we consider this evening!

How many souls will we exchange so we can free our souls to do what we want? God is from everlasting to everlasting. If we loose ourselves from the sins of this world we will be loosed from them in Heaven. What we bind ourselves to here on earth we will either be bound to it in heaven or in hell.

The sons of God are led triumphantly by the Spirit in Christ-given confidence in the Father.

It is important for the believer to not resist serving the Lord.
