A look at the inspiration and translation work of Scripture

We consider our Psalm of the Month - Psalm 118 where we see that men are to praise and thank Jehovah for His goodness. Especially when we contemplate His goodness expressed in His work of the sufferings of Christ that procured our salvation - we are to praise God that He is good and does good to His people.

God's Word is very important. All People need to hear the Gospel. All people need to believe the Gospel. God's Word is more important than the lies of man. Man will be held accountable for his response to God's Word.

How many souls will we exchange so we can free our souls to do what we want? God is from everlasting to everlasting. If we loose ourselves from the sins of this world we will be loosed from them in Heaven. What we bind ourselves to here on earth we will either be bound to it in heaven or in hell.

Because Jesus is the resurrection and the life, He holds all power over death itself and secures all who trust in Him.

Safe Places Deuteronomy 33:26-29As we look for refuge in safe places, the sanctuary is always one of the most. Peaceful places. To know that you're safe from all harm. My mother was caught in a storm with my dad one time and the wind blew his hat off his head. And my dad was more concerned about trying to find that hat than he was to get to the shelter of Refuge. But I'm glad. That each and every one of us have a refuge in Jesus Christ that gives us the greatest safety in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. And so no one has ever given us the best place of our sanctuary like Jesus himself. God blesses us with protection. He Himself is our shield and defender. God is our provision, supply, and prosperity. He meets every necessity and need of life.God gives us security, safety. No matter what may confront us, God secures us and delivers us from overwhelming fear.God gives us victory over all the enemies of this life. As we march to the promised land of heaven, God empowers us to conquer all the trials and temptations of life.God is our refuge and support. Underneath are His everlasting arms that hold us up and support us.

We need to seek the Lord in turns of turning back to Him in repentance, as ones that have been trespassing an everlasting Covenant that we have made with Him. To embrace HIm, come to the point of performing actions showing the responsibilities or obligations of one who has breached a contract. Our actions should be commensurate with one that has been born again, being regenerated

Dillon Drouillard shares the bold and encouraging message from Psalm 102 "Hope in Affliction." The Psalmist is walking through affliction and is crying out to God. We all walk through affliction and we carry our afflictions with us. What type of affliction are you facing? This Penitential and Messianic Psalm 102 reminds us that God always hears and answers our prayers. (vs.1-2) The Afflicted Man (vs.3-11) The psalmist is afflicted and desperate to hear from God. We can relate to the psalmist to having affliction and also having a King who suffered... for us. Luke 22:42; Luke 23:34; Isaiah 53:1-7 The Hopeful Man (vs.12-17) The psalmist turns to God, declares who God is, and finds hope. Verse 12 says. "But you, Lord, sit enthroned forever;" When we set our minds and eyes on God, declaring who God is, then we find hope. Psalm 13; 1 Peter 1:3-4; 2 Cor 4:17-18; Rev 21:3-4 We have hope and confidence in God's reign and no more pain. The Eternal Man (vs.18-28) The psalmist's hope is God and shares this for a "future generation" according vs.18. Once you realize Jesus is God. That He is everlasting, the creator, the eternal; then you have hope in affliction. You know who is in control and that he hears your cry. Whatever you are walking through is not without purpose. In our memory verse, 2 Cor. 4:17-18. Paul calls it "light affliction" because of the eternal weight of Glory that is prepared for us. Lift up your affliction to the God who hears you and who knows affliction and is enthroned forever. Cling to the Word of God and bring this message of Hope to the hopeless. Take it to a world that is broken, blighted, withered like grass, and vanishing like smoke.

Ultimate victory over sin is promised alongside divinely purposed tribulation and suffering. This passage in Daniel contains the good news of the atoning sacrifice of the Lord Jesus along with all of its benefits. And yet, the truth that Christians will wait through tribulations and sufferings to finally experience everlasting righteousness.

Despite another trick question, Jesus proved from Scripture that not even death could break the everlasting covenant promise of God to the patriarchs. The Sadducees believed that there will be no resurrection. (v.18) The Sadducees assumed that a resurrection would cause absurd implications. (v.19-23) Jesus answered that the power of God, taught in Scripture, clearly showed that the Sadducees were wrong about the resurrection. (v.24-27) Why so many trick questions?
