Liberty Baptist Church

Liberty is an independent Baptist Church in Searcy, Arkansas.

Mission
Our desire at Liberty is the same as that which is outlined for the church in the Bible and includes winning the lost through personal and public soul winning, missions, discipleship of new converts, teaching growing Christians how to glorify God by being conformed to the image of Jesus Christ, by separation from sinful living, by preaching the Word plainly in the power of the Holy Spirit, and trying to be a blessing to our families, Nation, and community.

Description
The Bible is our only authority for faith and practice and we preach it without apology from a literal, historical viewpoint. We believe in the inerrancy of Scripture and that it is preserved perfectly in the English language in the King James Bible.

While fervent in our singing, we are traditional and conservative in music.

Liberty loves people and does not hold the past against any repentant sinner, because all we Christians have sins which have been forgiven by God and need to be left in the past where God leaves them.

This is a church family where all who have the desire to serve the Lord can be involved and we invite all members to take part in a place of service for which they are qualified.

As we worship and glorify God together, a wonderful by-product is sweet fellowship and rejoicing with one another and also prayer and concern for each other when times are trying.
