Persecution and Prayer

Persecution comes in many forms. This first persecution against the church came in the form of threats. Even in America, we face the same kind of threats today with lawsuits when we pray publicly or evangelize. The early church met the threats, not with attorneys, but with prayer. God wants us to embrace what He says in this passage for His glory and our good.
