Judge Not

The Gospel of the Kingdom - Message 49 - Judge Not - Matthew 7:1-2. What does it mean when Jesus says, "Judge not"? Examining the context and looking at the whole counsel of the Word of God we quickly learn that this verse is one of the most abused in Scripture. So are we supposed to judge or not? Who judges in Scripture? Is there a right way to judge since we see clearly here a wrong way to judge? Spurgeon summed it all up by saying, "Judge in a way that you cannot be judged for wrongdoing in your judgment."
