The Burial of Jesus Christ

What specifically is so important about the burial of our Lord Jesus Christ?
The burial of Jesus Christ is part of the gospel message as Paul defines it in 1 Corinthians 15.
All four gospels record some of the details of His burial.
In the account of His burial we learn about some of the women who played a very important role as witnesses.
In the account of Christ's burial we also see the courage of a secret disciple.
The account of His burial also has very important apologetic value.
Your baptism also has a connection with Jesus' burial.
For these reasons and others, this is a subject that must not be ignored.
Jesus Christ was buried proving His death and preparing the way for His powerful resurrection. In baptism you also were buried with Him.
