Fat, Fed and Flourishing

"I would have..." God, in essence, said, Open your mouths, and meet these simple conditions and I will sustain and satisfy you... with everything you need to be content, courageous and confident to be Mine.

I would have.. but I didn't! Because... "For it was I, the LORD your God, who rescued you from the [bondage you were in]. Open your mouths wide, and I will fill it with good things. But My people would not heed My voice nor have none of Me... Oh, that My people would listen to Me! Oh, that they would follow me, walking in my paths! How quickly I would then subdue their enemies! How soon My hands would be upon their foes! For those who hate the LORD often pretend to be submissive to Him; but their fate and doom will endure forever. But I would have fed you with the finest of wheat and satisfy your mouths with the sweetest of honey from the rock." (‭Psalms‬ ‭81‬:‭10-16)

He loves feeding us... and He would have given them what the needed most and then some but they chose what they thought was better.

They messed up... we have messed this up! But remember... our mess-ups don't have to keep messing us up. You don't, I don't, we don't need Him saying over our lives... "I would have..." Stay hungry my friends and within the nest, with your mouths wide open, let Him fill it with His best... Proverbs 10:3 ; 27:8
