During this election cycle, we’ve heard a lot of promises about universal healthcare and free college. Earlier this year, then-presidential candidate Bernie Sanders said, “I think we should look to countries like Denmark, like Sweden and Norway and learn what they have accomplished…” for a vision of an ideal American future. On this program, we look to the Bible for some vital guidance on socialism. And we see how socialism’s promises have worked out in the real world.
