- For the hope of righteousness by faith (v. 5b)
a. We have righteousness now (it is present, not only future)
b. It is the product of our justification (being declared righteous)
c. Yet, it is future and found in the resurrection. - Nothing we do avails anything (v. 6a)
- But faith working through love (v. 6b)
