Here, Dr. Owen goes into heavy detail over the Arminian assumption, that all infants are free from original sin. The purpose being, to declare that infants are innocent until the committing of actual sin, or the Wesleyan doctrine of "an age of accountability" (this being most likely the inspiration of that erroneous Wesleyan scheme)
