Peace

Pastor Jameson told us several times how he prays that God will help him be and do certain things related to Who God is. I also do that. It struck me on vacation that I should take time to explore these qualities with you. I pray that the Lord will give me peace, joy, courage, wisdom, and trust in my walk with Him. Every time I pray there are certain verses that come to mind about each of these qualities. The first of these is peace and the verse is our text for today, John 14:27. We have peace because of the Lord Jesus Christ gives us peace.
