The Hard to Recognize Jesus

The account of Christ meeting these two disciples along to road to Emmaus suggests a number of wonderful new realities introduced for us all because of His raising again from the Dead. The Resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead changes everything for history. But more anything else it keeps Christ in history. He has never left the scene. He is alive and he is here.

Consider the Jesus they missed and the Jesus they met with is the same one we may meet with as well. He is all He was and yet... HE IS HARD TO RECOGNIZE...
