The Visible and Invisible Church

In his sermon on the visible and invisible church, Pastor Schwertley carefully analyzes the Reformed doctrine of the church. This sermon proves that the distinction between the visible and invisible church is biblical and unavoidable. In this sermon there is some very interesting interaction with modern speakers such as Doug Wilson who deny this biblical distinction. This doctrine is very important because its denial has lead certain modern heretical theologians (e.g., the Auburn Four) toward a medieval Romish view of the church.
