Whether You Sow or Reap

When Jesus concludes His witness to the woman at the well she runs off to the city and tells everyone that she had an encounter with the Savior. Meanwhile though the disciples, instead of connecting the spiritual dots, are still only concerned about their physical needs. Jesus though tells them that he has a different food. Jesus tells them to look up because the fields are white with the harvest. To have a harvest you need to sow. Sowing spiritual seeds reaps a spiritual harvest. Are sowers any less than reapers?
