"...lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."

What if it’s true? What if Jesus really does have all power and authority, is able to do all things He purposes to do, and is unceasingly with His followers?
Of course, all of that is true! But here’s the thing: We often live as if those realities are not true. Don’t you think? Before Jesus ascended to heaven, He declared a truth that forever changed the outlook and priorities of His disciples: "… lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Matthew 28:20 (NKJV) In August, we’ll begin a short series called “Taking God at His Word.” We’ll wrestle with the implications of living in light of God’s promises. In this sermon, we’ll consider “I am with you always.”
