God's Commitment to His People

David knew true greatness is not measured by the fame and fortune of this world but in knowing God's commitment to His people. The Lord is committed not just to the giants of the faith but to all of His people including you and me. This passage shows three ways in which Lord is committed to us

• He protects us ("the shield of thy salvation")
