Chivalry Dead in America

In the which Kevin Swanson tries to get the door for Angelina Jolie, and discovers that chivalry is indeed dead in America. Surveys find Americans have lost the idea of chivalry. So we compare the Muslim treatment of women with the humanist/egalitarian treatment of women, at least if they were filling lifeboats on the Titanic.
