Hebrews 2:5-9

Compared to the magnitude of the universe, a human seems insignificant, yet mankind is extremely special, so special that God put on flesh, dwelled among us, lived as a perfect man, and died to restore mankind to the fullest extent of what it means to be made in the image of God. At times, you like David might feel insignificant, but as the author of Hebrews reminds us, look at what God has done for you through Jesus Christ. Jesus died in your place, took the punishment for sin that you deserved. Though we do not see all of this fully right now as we live this life, we will one day.
