Not A Warm & Fuzzy Sermon... Sorry... Not Really... Fake Sorry

Actually, this sermon is probably the closest to warm and fuzzy that you'll ever hear from Pastor Chronister here at Cliffside. But our kind pastor does in fact tell us a really good Fathers Day story about two young men and their two fathers. But unlike most contemporary churches today, this is an actual story that really happened in the Alaskan wilderness that actually occurred just a few days before this sermon was preached, and it's about people we actually know because they attend church with us here at Cliffside. You might be wondering why I just said all that. Well, did you know that just about all of the stories you'll hear in the contemporary church today are just made up stories? ...I feel a rant coming on, so I'll stop.
OK... today's sermon is actually kind of a Fathers Day sermon. At least the premiss of the sermon today is sort of Fathers Dayish. It's about Fatherhood and Law. I could have called this sermon 'Fatherhood and Law', but then who would listen to it, besides the few die hard 'Chronisterites' out there. Here you'll want to get out your copy of Who Made God (a book by Edgar Andrews). If you don't have one it's all right to listen to the sermon anyway, but afterward you may want to obtain a copy for further study as our pastor continues this lecture series.
This is a great sermon, very powerful, and we hope you will get some wonderful things out of it. Our pastor teaches at a very deep level and is willing to bring up concepts that most preachers are unwilling to touch.
All right, let's open our main Textbook (the Bible), and if you have the supplemental textbook, Who Made God, you'll want to open that one as well. Now press play and let's begin.
