A Spiritual Checkup Part 3 - Keep Oneself Unstained from the World

James' third spiritual checkup test comes at the end of 1:27 when he says, "and to keep oneself unstained by the world." It is essentially saying a picture of spiritual health is a person who is moved with compassion to those around him and who is fighting against sin and the worldliness that surrounds us. It is not staining us. So you could say that the third test is essentially this: am I keeping myself unstained by the world?
