In our verse by verse study of the Book of Matthew, we have come to chapter 26 where Judas betrays the Lord Jesus Christ. Meanwhile, Peter and the rest of the disciples forsake Him. God's word challenges us with our own failures while lifting up Jesus Christ Who remains faithful and ever gracious and merciful toward sinners.
