Rescuing the Wayward

When fellow church members are hungry, we’re eager to feed them. When he’s discouraged, we gladly encourage him. When she’s sick, we promptly ask our Lord for her healing and strength to endure. But what do we do when a brother or sister is visibly straying from God’s best? If we answer that question honestly, many of us must admit to simply watching with sadness as others falter spiritually. Or maybe we discuss their plight with others, agreeing that “someone ought to do something.” In this message, we’ll be challenged that the “someone” might just be you or me!
