The Vital Phase

The third phase of salvation focuses on the work of the Holy Ghost. While the elect were chosen before the world began and made legally purchased by the blood of Christ on Calvary, the Holy Ghost makes that salvation vital through regeneration during the life of the individual. This salvation can come at any time between conception to death. No knows from where the Holy Ghost comes or where it is going, but His work is sovereign and effective. Everyone who is touched by His power, is born again (brought from death to life) without fail, fault, or fallacy.
