Proposition: God has established all governing authorities. All men are to submit to the leaders God has placed over them. This command even includes evil, wicked, rulers.
I. THE RULER OF THE KINGS OF THE EARTH:
A. All Governing Authorities Are Established by God.
B. Authority to Rule Comes From God.
II. ALL MEN ARE TO SUBMIT TO THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES:
A. Christians Are to Be Model Citizens.
B. Are There Any Limits Upon Civil Government?
