Our New Identity in Christ

The American church is often obsessed with the so-called 'practical' and behavioral aspects of Christianity. But the Apostle Paul doesn't get 'practical' until well into the 4th chapter of Ephesians. Why? Because Christian obedience always flows out of who we are, our identity in Christ, our union with Christ, and the communal aspect of the body of Christ. Here, Paul narrows in on three specific commands and how believer's are called to imitate God and live out their new creation identity in Christ.
