Where Does Self-Esteem Fit in the Church?

In Bro. Jade's study of Phil. 2:3-4, we see the importance of esteeming, not just our Lord, but also other members of our local church. We see that the Christian's profitability can only begin with lowliness of mind, which leads to esteeming others in the church, and to helping them, while also reducing strife and vainglory in the local church.
