Fear and Truisms

I recently saw a sign that said, "Fear is a liar." Is that true? Does it not depend on what manner of "fear" one has in view. This sermon examines the topic of fear and reveals that the fear of the Lord is NOT a liar, but there are some forms of fear that may lie to us and convince us to do things that we ought not to do.
