Everything had been going great for King Solomon, but he loved many women whom the Lord had instructed him not to marry. Even with all your wisdom, your heart can become proud and fall. One thousand women won't even satisfy--Solomon could attest to that. His heart became divided and he was half-hearted in his worship to God.
