The Fearlessness of Faith - The Hebrew Midwives

It is very clear that Christians are charged to be the most beneficial, and obedient citizens of the realm. This is the pattern of the true people of God throughout the centuries. But, when is it right to disobey the civil government? What does this mean in light of Romans 13 and 1 Peter 2 which call the church to obedience. Exodus 1-2 provide us insight on these questions through the stories of the Hebrew midwives and Moses parents, who obeyed God rather than man, yet they maintained honor toward the civil authorities and were commended by God for their actions.
