Avoiding Discouragement in the Christian Life

There are many reasons the Christian can be discouraged: sickness, people problems, sin, persecution... But when we look at what discourages us in light of what Christ lived through while on this earth, our perspective should change - for the better. Pastor Wheeler preaches from Hebrews 12 this evening to encourage the believer to press on. Christ is the Author, and praise the Lord, the Finisher of our faith. He will carry us through. But we must keep our eyes on Him.
