What do you have to show for your disaster?

If I were to ask you what was David's greatest sin what would you say? Some would point to his affair/rape of Bathsheba. Others might would answer when he set Uriah up to be killed. Both of these caused great pain and trouble for David and did have some affect on a national level. However, the census he ordered did more harm than good. It showed he was placing more faith in numbers than in God and it cost the people dearly. The resulting disaster wasn't the end though more was still to come from it. How we deal with the fall out is just as important as how we handle the disaster in progress.
