The Identity of the Two Witnesses

Taking a literal, historical, grammatical approach to understanding the book of Revelation there are two main views as to the identity of the two witnesses in chapter eleven.

The first view discussed in this message considers the biblical reasons that the two witnesses could be two of three possible Old Testament saints, namely Elijah and Moses or Enoch.

The second possibility considered is the likelihood of it being two men raised up by God to carry out a ministry like the Old Testament prophetic ministries. This discussion includes reasons it does not have to be Moses or Enoch, nor a literal Elijah.
