Daniel's Confession

Central to Daniel's prayer was his understanding of the covenant and thus his confession and his hope about the future both naturally flowed from this understanding. It is because the Lord is the great covenant keeper that people can have confidence about fulfilment of God's revealed will; the Lord will bring it to pass for the sake of His own word and glory.
