How to Develop an Evangelistic Heart

Paul had a heart for the people of Israel. He had a desire to see them saved. Why?
First, He met the Lord. He knew the ministry he received from the Lord. He also knew mercy. He remembered the mercy God had given him.

We also see four thought which helped develop his evangelistic heart.
He recognized the Blinding of Satan, verses 3,4
He recognized the Blessing of Servanthood, verse 5
He recognized the Brightness Shining, verse 6
He recognized the Beautiful Substance
