As Paul endeavor to keep the Feast of Pentecost he is accosted and attacked for something he didn't do... bring a Gentile into the Temple.
What do we find in Temple Worship at this time in Jerusalem? A combining of Jewish and Christian beliefs. It makes the most sense to me that the Book of Hebrews was written in response to this confusion or syncretism that was was taking place.
