Disciples of Christ

Just before He laid down His life on the cross, Jesus Christ gave three parables in rapid succession in Mt. 25.

1. Bridesmaids waiting for the bridegroom. The unprepared were shut out = they weren’t saved.
2. The man given one talent who buried it was “cast into darkness with weeping and gnashing of teeth” = lost.
3. People who fail to feed the hungry, drinks to the thirsty, receive strangers, clothe the naked, care for the sick and visit the imprisoned, though they call on the Lord... = unconverted and perish.
