The Real Thomas Jefferson

But the secular Thomas Jefferson you’re familiar with is a fictional character—a lie. Jefferson wanted Christianity to have a strong voice in public life. In recent years, historians are catching back up with the real Thomas Jefferson. Dr. Mark Beliles is an historian, pastor, and co-author of the new book Doubting Thomas: The Religious Life and Legacy of Thomas Jefferson.
