Romans 1:1-7

Today is the second Lord's Day to which we will give our attention to this preface of this longest epistle of Saint Paul. We stated last week that Paul's primary purpose in these opening verses was to show himself to be an authoritative apostle who was making known the realization of the Old Testament salvation hope of Israel in Jesus Christ.
