Introduction to James

This introduction includes an explanation of the social applications of the true gospel. The so-called "social gospel" guts the Bible of core doctrines and attempts to to hang on to social reformation. James is probably the most direct attack against "dead orthodoxy" in the Bible. Hebrews adresses the threat of apostasy--the jettisoning of the doctrine and the practice. James addresses dead orthodoxy (among other things) which attempts to keep the doctrine but lets go of the practice.

Today there is remarkable propaganda flowing from social progressives and marxists about "class struggle." james very definetly sets forth the divine viewpoint on class struggle; especially in 1:9-11.
