The heavenly feast

A further description of the blessedness of the godly in this life and in the world to come, and of the misery and condemnation of the wicked - pictured symbolically by the feast upon Mt Zion and destruction of Mt Moab.

1. God keeps to his own plan v1.
2. An eternally ordained destruction v2-5. Those that have no refuge and those that do.
3. Complete salvation v6-8. All the blessings and bestowments of God's grace and favour in Christ Jesus likened unto a feast and to choice wine. Death swallowed up in victory.
4. A hope not ashamed v9.
   v10-12 - The only alternative - God will be glorified in men's salvation or condemnation.
