Searching For A Just Man

Jeremiah searches for a just man, be it a poor man or a great man he could not find any man of truth. The Nation had become corrupt in its moral integrity for they had turned away from the truth of God's Word. This is a prophecy of a people that would be held accountable for its folly, sin and worship of false God's. Man's fallen nature when allowed to follow its natural bent will seek more sin. The word of God makes it very clear that "all our righteousness are as filthy rags". People can be very corrupt at heart. America is also such a nation as we now see moral corruption growing everywhere in our society. there are some who hold the truth in righteousness in our nation, but when our leaders reject God, the people will follow them in their sin. Our nation must be called back to the truth of God's Word. Let us lend our voices to the truth of God's Word, and away from the falsehood of many ministers and leaders.
