This chapter is filled with reassurance for the saints. God is preparing the reader of this book of revelation to withstand the tribulations and trials that shall befall the church.
It is a good thing that the seven seals, precede the seven trumpets***
Trumpets are warnings to sinners.
The revelation that the saints are sealed is a reassurance – a comfort that it will be well for the Christian.
