Don't Argue Back

So often when confronted with the truth many, if not most, have a tendency to argue back. A large number of the Jews in Jesus day were no different. They were, they said, 'Abraham's seed, and were never in bondage to any man.' They, like the majority today had no room in their heart when confronted with the truth. We show wilful ignorance, not recognising that the key to true freedom and understanding is knowing that our sins have been forgiven, and that what is at stake is our relationship with our maker. Sin will always argue, be in bondage no longer, it is Christ that we need!
