Let Christ Shine

The world hears about our God but they see us. We are to pursue the excellencies of God and His light which is only possible in Christ.

My holiness is simply because Jesus lived the perfect life and He dies for me.

The encouragement for us who know the Lord is to fight:
Rom 6 We are no longer slaves to sin/1Pet 2 says don't act like you are.
Eph 5 We are temples of the HS/1Pet 2 don't act like you are not
Gal 5 We have the fruit of the spirit/1Pet 2 Don't give in to the lust of the flesh
Be armed with Christ through the power of the HS and Fight as Christian Soldiers

1. Inner Discipline - because our citizenship is in heaven
   a. Ensure your heart is set on heaven

2. Be in the battle
   a. Aliens - living in this world system but not of it

3.Keep your behavior excellent
a. Remember God's way, specially when you mess up

Be encouraged to fight the good fight of faith. Submit, rejoice and rest in Christ. Remember our Light is Christ
