The Mosaic Law & the New Covenant Contrasted

Seven contrasts are drawn between the Mosaic Law given at Mount Sinai and the New Covenant which is associated with Mount Zion as the place of the ultimate fulfillment of God's promises. These promises wiill be realized by believers who have their names written in the 'book of life' and are enrolled in God's city. The New Covenant is better having provided the ultimate and final sacrifice for sin as Christ's blood, representing His death, is credited to believers by their faith in Him.
