Sanctification by the Spirit

We could never get to stand before God by climbing a moral ladder. We have been placed before him by Christ who died for us, and are enabled here by the Holy Spirit who teaches us to cry 'Father'. Let us discover how the Spirit now leads us into practical holiness. What else, when we have been cleansed! We don't owe our old life anything. But we do owe God everything. And the Spirit is our leader.

Holiness takes on a whole new aspect for those who are before the Father. Each day, and in each deed, we are led by God's powerful and purifying Spirit. By his leading, all that God requires of us is fulfilled. May it happen more and more and may we be found pure and blameless at the day of our Saviour's return!
